What are your Shipping rates?

Orders under Rs 2000/- : 150/- per item

Orders Rs 2000/- & above: Free Shipping

Please note shipping rates and options can differ during holiday seasons and poor weather conditions.

When can I expect my orders?

Most products can be shipped Monday through Friday, in order to make sure they don’t get stuck in a mailroom over the weekend. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard Shipping takes 5-14 business days to arrive, depending on location. Please note shipping timeline can differ during holiday seasons. 

Business days are Monday through Friday.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Almost every product is fragile and the shipping process is not always kind (and sometimes doormen and messenger centers are even less kind). Please inspect your package when you accept the delivery. Should your order arrive damaged, email a photo to theecorboxkochi@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9400540670 along with the order number within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

We’ll happily replace your order or issue you a credit.

What type of payment do you accept?

We use RazorPay payment gateway and it accepts all major credit / debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and wallets.

Please note that online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order is delivered.

What is the return policy?

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

Only readymade products are eligible for return. Customized products are made to order and hence not eligible for return.
